Sink or Float

Every kid LOVES to do the classic sink or float activity. Today I let the kiddos choose which items they wanted to test.

Next, we predicted what was going to happen.

They really liked seeing if they we right or wrong.

And here are the results.
Afterward, they continued to retest all of the items over and over. It's just FUN to play in water!

Hi it's Katie from Katie's Nesting Spot and ABC & 123. Could you email me your email address sometime? I think you used to have it on your profile all spelled out but it's not there anymore. I'd love to be able to respond to your comments but you don't have your email linked with your profile so it's hard! If you send it over, I'll save it and have so I can get back to you.

On to why I came over, you mentioned the button, and yes for some reason the box is showing up underneath it. Thank you so much for wanting to post it and spread the word. We really appreciate it!

I add buttons on my blog as a picture gadget. You have to right click on the image, save on your computer and then add as a picture gadget. You can link to our home page through the gadget. That's another way to try and get it to appear correctly.

I'll have Katie from A Listmaker's Life look at it too, she's the button whiz not me!

We hope you'll come by and enter our giveaways, and link up on Thursdays this summer. We'd really love for you to participate! Thanks!

I like the way you set this up. We made a sink or float bottle last week and that was fun too.

Fun idea! This is a great one to do inside or outside. We have a great book that would go along with this called Does it Float? (it's a Winnie the Pooh).
