Todays Muffin Tin Monday is all about the Apple! We had apple cookies; turkey, cheese, and apple wrap; apple spritzer; apple smiles (apples, peanut butter, marshmallows); apple salad (lettuce, apples, mixed nuts/seeds,raisins, cranberry vinaigrette) ; and applesauce.
The kiddos arrived home from preschool and had this waiting for them on the table, they were so excited!
The apple smiles were a big hit. The salad was not with them, but I LOVED it!!

Apple salad for me please! There was a cafe in Washington that had an AMAZING apple salad that I so dearly miss now that we are back in Connecticut!
The smiles turned out too cute. We got an extra apple at Publix today so I might just do that for an afternoon snack w/ Lu. I need more creative ideas for afterschool snacks! Give the kiddos extra hugs and kisses from Aunt Sherry.
