We took toilet paper and paper towel tubes and decorated them with markers and stickers. I taped off one end and let them fill the tubes about half full with rice, beans, or uncooked noodles. Then I taped off the other end and let them shake the tubes to make wonderful noises. All the kids really liked the book and the noisemakers.

That sounds like a lot of fun! We have to get that book sometime.
My kids always love making those. Fun idea.
